You can pay via credit card or cash. We do offer a $5 discount for cash paying travelers. If we don't have to pay for credit card processing, neither do you.
In the state of Illinois car seats are not required for our tiny travelers. However, we are parents ourselves, and believe safety needs to be a priority. While we do not have 5 point harness car seats; we do have booster seats. If you need one, please let us know at the time of your reservations so we can make sure your driver has one.
Whenever you need us! We do not stage cars at the airport (or anywhere else.) So please make sure you call us for a reservation at least 24 hours before service is needed. We do have additional fees for some holidays, and overnight hours. Give us a call for a quote!
You can call us at 630-844-5660. We are a small business, so if we are with another customer, you may get our voicemail. Leave us a message and we will call you back! You can also email Pam at Reservations@SLLimoService.com She monitors our email and will usually email you back within an hour. Lastly, you can text Ron at 630-697-8359. He won't reply while driving, so it may take him a little while to get back to you. He will try to reply to all text messages within the hour.
If you are traveling to the airport. We will need a contact phone number, the address we are picking you up at, how many people are traveling, which airport, and what time does your flight departs.
If you are arriving at an airport, in addition to a contact phone number and destination, we also need your arrival time, airline and flight number. We will use this information to monitor your flight for delays and cancellations.
We are tracking your flight. We will know when your plane lands and gates. When you deplane, head to baggage claim (even if you do not have luggage.) AFTER you have collected any luggage, call us at 630-844-5660. Our dispatcher will let you know which door to exit, and which driver will be there for you. O'Hare has 4 terminals and 7 doors at each terminal. So it's important that you call us so we know where to find you. :)
This is a rule put forth by the City of Chicago. Livery (sedans, and limos) as well as taxi cabs, have to pick up from a specific location. If we attempt to pickup at the upstairs doors, or or another unapproved location, our drivers/cars can be ticketed and impounded.
There are so many people traveling in and out of our airports everyday it would be chaos if all of the limos and taxis tried parking downstairs at the same time. Planes land, but don't gate, a delay in luggage getting off loaded, or lost luggage, are just a few of the travel hazards that can delay when you are ready for pick up. In order to keep traffic congestion as small as possible, our drivers required to wait for you in a parking lot. (Taxi and TNC drivers have a different lot) We are about a mile away from the airport. When you call, we leave our lot. On average it will take us less then 15 minutes to get to you. Once we get down to our pick up location, airport security only allows us to wait for 2 minutes before the make us leave. If you aren't there we have to cycle through the entire terminal to get back to you, which can take up to an additional 30 minutes depending on traffic.
